~Italy is mentally scarred by WW2 Thus, he feels like killing the innocent is
okay.
~Italy thinks that if he kills a country that is well loved/hated by everyone he's doing the world a FAVOR.
~Italy sometimes kills his people, but only when he's bored.
~He acts happy, but on the inside he's very lonely.
~Italy thinks that he's normal, but he's very insane. In other words,you shouldn't say he's different or he'll get emotional. Or maybe kill you.
~If someone doesn't like what he does, HE KILLS THEM PAINFULLY. County/City or
not. It doesn't matter as long as he sees bloodshed and tears of pain.
